Welcome to Progressive Defensive Traditions. We have been sharing the values of a classical martial arts education with New York and Colorado residents for over fifteen years. Our humble dojo provides an ideal backdrop for developing the practical defensive skills, functional strength and fitness, and philosophical foundation unique to classical martial arts practice. 

Progressive Defensive Traditions is run by professional, experienced instructors who are dedicated to sharing the benefits of the classical  protective arts in a systematic and integrated format. Our instructors are well versed in most major styles of SE Asian martial arts, many modern systems, and have more than twenty five years of training experience.
